Warranty 

We are sorry but advertised motorcycles are far from new condition. Some motorcycles that we advertise are sold as projects, and are in a non running state, or are incomplete, or have been dismantled by a previous owner. Therefore no Warranty is given or implied. The mileages may be genuine but again due to the age of the machines cannot be guaranteed, also the mileage indicated may have been covered since a rebuild or restoration.

Viewing / Purchasing Our Motorcycles

All viewings are by appointment. Blind purchases ( without making an appointment to view a motorcycle in person ) are based on information, photographs or videos we have on record, which are relayed by ourselves upon request to the customer by email or by phone prior to any purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to request as much information they need to satisfy themselves completely before committing to purchasing any our motorcycles, be it by appointment to view a motorcycle or by a blind purchase. This ensures that the customer is 100% happy with the condition of the motorcycle that they are about to purchase, as Webbs Classic Motorcycles Ltd are not be in a position to offer any refunds of any kind or have a motorcycle returned back to us.

Payment

All deposits paid are done so on a non refundable basis, unless whereby a deposit has been paid, and Webbs Classis Motorcycles Limited, decide to cancel the sale of a motorcycle, for whatever reason, in which case, the deposit will be refunded in full to the purchaser. All motorcycle purchases must be paid for in full, within fourteen days of any deposit being paid. All motorcycle purchases must be collected /delivered within thirty days of any money being paid on them.
